baba2 Handy Tips & Rules

№1. If you contemplate migration to Australia please answer the following crucial question to yourself prior to proceeding any further:

-        What are the ultimate goals I wish to achieve?

-        Is migration to Australia my best option to achieve my goals?

You should realize perfectly well that immigration is NOT `beer & skittles` but a `life changing` experience which is surely to alter your destiny.

As migration is a process which is neither always easy nor simple it is wise to get wise advice first and then move steadily up the ladder of visa opportunity in the Australian migration system.

№2
.
Do not delay with applying for a visa once you have made a firm decision to migrate. The Australian immigration legislation is always on the move and subject to rapid changes. You may well meet the specific visa criteria today but tomorrow it may no longer be the case. Too late! Apart from the eligibility issue your professional standing, family circumstances and financial situation in your home country may change over the course of time. It may be all well today but tomorrow a sudden twist of fate may cause your life to make a 180 degree turn. Don`t be afraid to make a step ahead if you feel the right moment has come. Remember that the right opportunity does not last forever!

.
Think twice if you wish to tackle all migration issues on your own without professional care and assistance. The Australian migration system is notoriously known for its complexity with even `top gun` professionals and migration law gurus sometimes left with a conundrum. Surely the Internet is bursting at seams today with all kinds of information and resources about migration to Australia. You can research the valuable information about any kind of visa. But be logical! If your car is broken down or you have a toothache it is unlikely that you jump on the Google search engine with SOS-type requests: “How to fix up a car myself at home?” or “How can I get rid of toothache myself at home?”. Most definitely, you won`t even attempt to repair your car yourself, not to mention your teeth problem but will call a car mechanic or rush to a dentist. A quality job can only be done by a professional, won`t you agree?

As the stakes in migration are very high it will be silly and imprudent to plunge into the migration process without a proper professional assistance. If you seriously think that you DO NOT need professional guidance, advice and back up in the migration matters then only two logical conclusion could be drawn: 1) You have ALREADY migrated to Australia and obtained the visa you craved; 2) you love risk and `Russian roulette` type of adventures;

№4. Do not be penny wise and pound foolish when it comes to paying professional fees for migration assistance. Do not think that you can do everything yourself and thus save heaps of money on your migration process. It could well be a case of Pyrrhic victory! As said above it is like trying to save on dentist fee by attempting to get rid of splitting toothache on your own.

In 99.9% chances it is all the fruit of somebody ill or vivid imagination and has nothing to do with the migration reality. The most reliable and trustworthy source of information about Australian migration is the DIAC web site
www.immi.gov.au This should be your starting point if you are looking for migration news or updates.

№6.
Be patient. Immigration process is a lengthy procedure. It is just does not happen overnight! It takes nine months for a healthy baby to be born. Don`t be in a rush and you will avoid a migration miscarriage.

№7. Work out (preferably with professional assistance) a careful `step-by-step`plan of actions detailing the sequence of events for your whole migration process. Stick to this plan and have a piece of mind!

№8. Do not by shy to ask for a professional advice. A migration expert will provide you with a `road map` of migration process and ensures your ride on this road is smooth rather than bumpy.

We realize perfectly how stressful the migration could be (whatever `useful tips` you are given!) and will gladly provide you with professional care and comprehensive assistance in all migration matters.
