baba14 The Step-by-Step Service Process Structure

We simplified the whole process of our dealings with clients to make it user-friendly and easy-to-follow.

Step 1

Please, contact us for any queries you may have in relation to immigration to Australia, education, business or other services. We can provide you with answers to your initial queries via phone, email or SKYPE videoconference.

Should you wish to discuss your options in our office face-to-face, please, contact us in advance to  make an appointment and arrange for an individual consultation.

You can fill in the Questionnaire Form on our web site and submit it to us to provide your personal details prior to approaching us with your initial queries.

IMPORTANT!

Please, note that we are:
- NOT a recruitment agency;
- NOT a direct Australian employer;
- NOT related in any way with vacancies/positions advertised in the Australian mass media;

Therefore we can NOT provide you with any assistance with employment search in Australia while you are OUTSIDE Australia. Please, also note that it is usually difficult to find a suitable job in Australia while you are outside Australia unless you have a secured job offer and are supported by an Australian employer duly accredited by the Department of Immigration of Australia (DIAC) for your business (working) visa purposes.

Should you plan to migrate to Australia for Permanent Residence then `yes`, we can certainly assist you with this matter. We will also be happy to provide you with a reasonable assistance with job search upon your arrival in Australia.

Please, be advised that to be eligible to work legally in Australia you need a visa of specific subclass as prescribed by the Australian migration laws. Getting such visas on your own could be a daunting experience for those unfamiliar with a very complex Australian migration system.

WE WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR QUERIES IN RELATION TO TEMPORARY JOB SEARCH AND/OR EMPLOYMENT IN AUSTRALIA UNLESS YOU HAVE REALISTIC VIEWS AND GENUINE INTENTIONS  TO MIGRATE EVENTUALLY TO AUSTRALIA.

Step 2

We will get in touch you within 48 hours upon receipt of your query or Questionnaire Form. Our response to your query will adequately reflect its nature and contents.

Should you decide to proceed further, we should start with an in-depth preliminary consultation to discuss all major aspects and details regarding possible pathways for you to migrate to Australia. It is crucial to find out which visa category is the most suitable for you given your individual set of circumstances at the very initial stage of migration process.

In order to assess properly your eligibility to migrate and work out the most suitable migration scenarios for you an extensive and in-depth Preliminary Immigration Assessment (PIA) is to be done.

The PIA is a key point both for a prospective visa applicant and us as it serves the following major purposes:

-it allows to establish if you are eligible to migrate to Australia, in principle, and if `yes`, which visa category is the most suitable fro you given the set of your personal details and circumstances;

-it allows to work out the optimal migration scenario (s) tailored to your particular needs;

-it provides an accurate indication of costs and fees associated with the eventual migration procedures you will have to pay;

-it provides you with a guidance as to the supporting evidence (documentation) to be attached to your visa application you will need eventually to supply;

-it will give you an indication of timeframe for preparation of your visa application as well as the estimate of processing time upon its lodgement with DIAC.

Generally speaking, PIA is the map you should follow to reach Australia.

All migration advice will be duly provided by the Registered Migration Agent.

In case your query relates to matters other than migration (e.g. education, established business, real estate, mortgage finance, etc) we will advise you accordingly.

We normally charge our professional fees for conducting PIA and consulting services unless otherwise agreed between us and the client.  Please, feel free to contact us to discuss further relevant details.

Step 3

PIA is ready for you! Upon its completion we inform you about the best options available in your particular case. The advice will be frank, straightforward and sincere, no bluffing or misleading.

We will never tell you what you want to hear! We will tell you the truth whether you like it or not. This may include an opinion that your case is not strong, and perhaps some ways to strengthen your case for migration. Also at this stage we will advise you of the fees relevant to your case, including our professional fees, lodgement fees, and all other expenses you may incur (such as medical fees, translation fees, etc) during the migration process.

In all matters other than migration we will use our best endeavors to provide you with an exhaustive information and all relevant details pertaining to your initial queries.

Step 4

If you are happy to go ahead we will proceed with a formal agreement in writing. It applies to all services you expect us to provide you with. You will be engaging us to conduct all the work for you on your behalf. We will not proceed with any work unless a formal agreement between us and the client is duly signed. Our engagement agreement is your complete peace of mind that the job will be handled professionally and competently. We will also kindly request you to make the first payment of our professional fees. Other fees will be due and payable as outlined in our schedule of fees.

Step 5

You will forward the required documentation to us as per the list we provide you with after our formal agreement is signed. We will never hesitate to ask you for any further information to make your case stronger. It is crucial to provide the DIAC and other Australian authorities involved with a well prepared and appropriately formatted set of required supporting evidence to enhance the prospects of success.

Step 6

We develop and compose a comprehensive submission document, including the application forms and supporting material. This is a critical step in the process, and our experience in presenting your case to the Department is a key here.

Step 7

We lodge the visa application with DIAC and liaise with the Department upon lodgement on your behalf. We will monitor the progress of the application - it may be that additional information is required. Also, you will be required to undergo health and police checks at some point (when advised by the Department of Immigration). Normally, when you are asked to complete these checks it will indicate your application is progressing favorably.

Step 8

The DIAC advise us about decision in your case. Should it is favourable, please, accept our heartiest CONGRATULATIONS! We can now assist you with making arrangements for your forthcoming arrival to Australia.

In the regrettable event that your application is refused we will carefully assess the grounds for refusal and advise you accordingly on your rights to appeal.
