Initial  Query. How to start?

BEFORE
you make an INITIAL contact with us for any queries PLEASE do the following:

1. Make a sound decision about your future plans and have you mind firmly set as to whether you should really proceed with initiating migration formalities or not. Make sure you know EXACTLY what you want in your life. Have a sound vision and realistic expectations about the migration procedures and your eventual moving to Australia. DO NOT expect the migration process to be a `joyride` or your settling down in Australia to be an `endless milk and honey`type of thing. If you require our professional assistance then, please, make sure that you wish to migrate specifically to Australia, not any other country (Canada, New Zealand, etc) as every country has its own specific set of migration laws. If you wish to migrate, in principle, but do not care about the choice of country you wish to migrate into (à la `any country will fit the bill`), then most likely your migration plans are doomed to fail. In our view, this is a road to nowhere as you should know exactly where you wish to go. Remember, you are the only MASTER of your destiny!

2.  Please, do some general research about migration to Australia and living in Australia  via the publicly available resources. Please, use only the reliable sources of information, not the Internet junk.

We recommend the following web sites to glean the basic information and general facts about Australia:
Department of Immigration and Citizenship of Australia (DIAC): www.immi.gov.au

All about Australia: www.australia.comwww.clickforaustralia.com

Melbourne: www.thatsmelbourne.com.au

There are plenty of other useful sites about Australia you can view, the choice is entirely yours.

Surely, we expect you to explore in-depth the contents of OUR WEB SITE you are browsing at the moment.
The bottom line is that we expect you to know the basics and publicly available facts about migration to Australia and living in Australia BEFORE you contact us initially. At least, you should be aware that the capital of Australia is Canberra, not Sydney as a lot of our clients reckon. Please, note that telling you about the key events in Australian history, the Australian political system, vagaries of Tasmanian climate or personal life of Australian movie stars is NOT OUR JOB unless you are prepared to pay us extra fees for doing so.

3. Have a sound understanding of WHY you wish to contact us and carefully formulate your query in a concise and precise manner.

Please, DO NOT contact us with nonsensical, vague or ambiguous `one line` queries, like:

`I am interested in migrating to Australia. Help me!`

`I wish to live in Australia. How can you help me?`

This type of queries will be left unanswered as it is clearly that its writers do not have a clue as to what they want.

4. Please, DO NOT contact us for ANY queries in relation to temporary employment or seasonal jobs in Australia as we are NOT a recruitment agency and in such, CAN NOT assist with any matters relevant to temporary jobs in Australia.

baba3While sending your initial query to us it is best if you supply your basic personal details and profile (CV) as it will assist us to process your query more efficiently. The key details we wish to look at first are: your date of birth, your educational background, your previous employment history, your current English language proficiency. The same applies to your spouse (if any). All information you provide to us will be treated in a strict confidentiality.

Please, fill in and send the special `Questionnaire Form` on our web site to provide us with a detailed profile of yourself and your family unit.

You may send us your actual query and/or comments either via the `Questionnaire Form` or `Send your query` form. Or just email us!

All your queries will be processed within 48 hours and we will gladly respond to you at our earliest convenience.
